What to Expect When Ordering Your Custom Grillz

1. Estimate
Message EvesLuxuryBar for an estimate on your customized grill piece.

2. Consultation & Deposit
Attend your consultation to have your impressions taken and finalize your order. A 50% deposit is required to begin production.

3. Production
Allow approximately 2 weeks for our jeweler to complete your custom grill piece.

4. Final Payment
Once notified that your grill is completed and ready for release, your remaining 50% balance is due.
Payment options: Zelle • Apple Pay • Cash App

5. Transit
After final payment, allow approximately 1 week for your grill to arrive back at EvesLuxuryBar from our jeweler.

6. Pick-Up
Once your grill arrives, EvesLuxuryBar will contact you to schedule your pick-up appointment.

Important: Complimentary Refitting
If your grill is too loose or too tight, EvesLuxuryBar offers ONE FREE refitting. Your piece will be sent back to our jeweler for adjustment.

Additional refittings are $50 each. Refittings require a 2–3 week turnaround, depending on our jeweler’s current order volume.
